Let's Make An ABC BOOK!!!

What do we do???

1.  Split the letters of the alphabet up among each group member. Assign each child one or more letters.

2.  Create a design vertically on a piece of computer paper illustrating something about the Civil War or Abraham Lincoln.  The design should start with your alphabet letter.

3. Put the pages in order from A to Z to create your very own ABC book. Design a creative title page for your book!!

Here are some examples of illustrations for every letter in the alphabet.  You can use these examples for your book or create some of your own.

A: Abraham Lincoln B: Battles/Battlefield C: Confederate
D: Drummer Boy E: Emancipation Proclamation F: Ford's Theatre
