Welcome to the first CaseNet case designed primarily to teach subject area content to middle school students!

 

While the focus of this case study is soil science, many other subject areas can also be integrated in the case analysis. The intent is that when your students read this case, they will find some challenging environmental issues, political science topics, a need for good English skills, and some technology themes. The content is certainly not limited to these topics and we hope that Lenny's lesson has many applications in your classrooms. Have fun!
